Bastia Airport Access
The Bastia Airport is located in the town of Lucciana, Haute-Corse department of France. The airport is on the island of Corsica, situated near the northern tip of the island. This map gives you an idea where the Bastia Airport is located.
The Bastia Airport is 11 miles/22 kilometers southeast of Bastia about 25 minutes from the city by car. The airport is on the D507 road and is signposted Poretta (spelled Puretta in Corsican) with an aeroplane logo.
When you exit the airport follow the signs 'Toutes Directions' this will lead you to the D507 and then on to the N193. At the roundabout where the D507 and the N193 merge you will see signs to Bastia along with Ajaccio, Bonifacio and Calvi.
Just before you enter and exit the airport you will see signs.

There is shuttle service to Bastia from the airport. The cost is 9€ for a single and the trip takes 35 minutes. The shuttle's last stop is the Bastia train station.
There is also taxi service at the airport. The taxi rank is to the right of the arrivals terminal exit. It looks more like a car park than taxi rank. There is a sign near the ground when you exit the terminal. The local phone number for taxis is 04 95 36 04 65.
The cost to Bastia is about 40€ during the day. At night and on Sundays/bank holidays the cost is about 55€.
